Help secure financing for the projects, through mechanisms such as tax credits, public-private partnerships or bank loan for the Society incase of Self Redevelopment.
Planning and design
Working with architects and designers to develop plans for how the property will be renovated or repurposed.
Construction and renovation
Overseeing the construction or renovation of the property, including managing contractors and ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget.
Community engagement
Working closely with community stakeholders to ensure that the projects are responsive to local needs and concerns, and that they contribute positively to the surrounding neighbourhood.
Rehabilitation and handing over of the projects
Assisting with rental and shifting services for smooth and uneventful rehousing. focussing on the overall experience and not just the end product.
