Navigating the complex permitting process and ensuring that the projects comply with all applicable regulations and zoning laws.

Once the property has been redeveloped, providing ongoing property management services, including leasing and maintenance.

Help secure financing for the projects, through mechanisms such as tax credits, public-private partnerships or bank loan for the Society incase of Self Redevelopment.

Working  with architects and designers to develop plans for how the property will be renovated or repurposed.

Overseeing  the construction or renovation of the property, including managing contractors and ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget.

Working closely with community stakeholders to ensure that the projects are responsive to local needs and concerns, and that they contribute positively to the surrounding neighbourhood.

Assisting with rental and shifting services for smooth and uneventful rehousing. focussing on the overall experience and not just the end product.
